Quantity Wholesales Policy
- Quantity requirement is 10 (ten) pieces of any design, style, size or color.
- It has to be make in one order, and per order basis.
- Accumulative Orders does not added up to Wholesales Quantity.
- Minimum 10 pieces requirement need to be fulfilled after any Return Process.
- Minimum 10 pieces does not include Accessories Category; Vice Versa.
- For example you cannot buy 5 from accessories and 5 from dresses to make up the minimum requirement
- All items are READY stock Unless it is stated as SOLD OUT
- Order has to be PAID within 2 days or 48 hours or else it will be canceled. This include Store Pickup Option
- Wholesales Price starting from as low as RM3 (accessories) excluding Shopping Cost and Postage.
Prepaid Wholesales Policy
- Prepaid upfront of RM300 Only
- No Expiring Date
- No Minimum Quantity per Order
- Dress Cost, Shipping and Postage will be deducted from prepaid RM300
- We can help you to send your order directly to your customer, save shipping cost to you
- Every Top-up has to be in a Multiple of RM300
- No Partial Top-up
- Prepaid Wholesales is setup to help Blogshop owner who just want to Back Order with us when their customer make an order with them. We are here to protect your interest as resellers and we don't sell once piece of dress to end user and become your competitor. You as reseller should be aware of the impact if your wholesaler becomes your competitor.
Exchanges and Returns
Return With A Smile
Our tagline is “Return with a Smile”. You are welcome to return part or all the items that you have purchased from Dolce House subjects to the following terms and conditions:
- Inform us immediately by email your order number and which items you intended to return.
- All return has to be completed within 7 days of receiving your shipment
- All return items have to have our Original Tag in place, Security Tag undamaged, Un-worn and in the Same Conditions as it was sent to you.
- Please note that our Security Tag is designed to be Unrecoverable, once detached you will not be able to put it back. Please be careful when you are trying out the items to make sure you don’t accidentally damage the Security Tag. Once the Security Tag is damaged, we reserved the right to reject your return items.
- You can choose to exchange the return items for another item in our collections, and any extra will be refund into your account or credit back to your bank account via the same method when you pay us. Extra price different has to be top up before the exchange items is shipped to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance for the returning items. We strongly advice you ship the return items in insured shipping. We are not responsible for any lost or damage items in transit.
- Items that return without our consent will not be entertained. Any shipping and insurance costs for resending back those items are totally bear by you.
- Please note due to the intimate nature of Lingerie, we cannot accept any return unless it is a wrong product/item.
We are not responsible for Return items or Orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs for whatever reasons.

Parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated during Checkout. Different shipping rate based on product weight and destination.
For items in stock, we will ship immediately within 5 business days upon receiving your payment. After posting out your items, we would update the order status from "Processing to Delivered", with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 6-8 business days.
Please note that we do not deliver on Malaysian public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!
All orders are shipped from Malaysia via Malaysian Postal Service by International Air Mail (EMS), you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting Malaysia Post Mail Tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided. Or select your country, connect to the mail tracking website of the country directly.
If you want to combine shipment of 2 separate orders, please let us know before you place the first order (you may also inform us by adding comment texts in the Comment Box while checking out your order). After you have placed the first order, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other items. When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in ONE combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments.
Duties and Taxes
You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
